Terms of Service

The agreement

AutoLensAI is operated by Cloudelipute LLC. Using the service means you accept these terms. If you are using it for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on that business's behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Your photographs and listings

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant us the licence we need to process, store and display it in connection with your listing. You confirm you have the right to use the photographs you upload and that your listing is accurate — including the condition, history and ownership of the vehicle.

Processed images

Our processing replaces backgrounds and enhances resolution; it is not intended to conceal damage or misrepresent a vehicle, and using it that way is a breach of these terms. Results are produced by an automated system and will vary between photographs.

Every frame we generate carries an embedded marker recording that it was produced by software, and reconstructed views — anything showing an angle no camera actually photographed — stay marked as reconstructed for as long as they exist. You agree not to strip those markers, and not to present a reconstructed view as a photograph of the vehicle.

Nothing is published on your behalf automatically. A person has to approve a frame before it goes out, and that person is you or someone on your account.

The capture app

Our iOS app is licensed to you for use with your AutoLensAI account, not sold. It uses the camera and the microphone during a capture session and streams both to the live guide, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the people a capture session records. A session picks up whoever is speaking and whatever the camera is pointed at. If you run sessions with employees, tell them the microphone is live, that the audio reaches a third-party service, and that a manager can watch the session as it happens. Where the law where you operate requires consent to record, getting it is your obligation, and you must not use the app where you do not have permission to photograph.

The guide is an automated system speaking in real time. It will sometimes be wrong. It does not inspect, appraise or certify a vehicle, and nothing it says is a statement by us about the vehicle's condition.

Sales between users

AutoLensAI lists vehicles; it does not broker, inspect, finance, escrow or guarantee any sale. Any transaction is between buyer and seller, and the risk sits with them.

Plans and billing

There is nothing to pay today: the product is in a pre-launch period with no billing system. If paid plans launch, pricing and billing terms will be published here before anything is charged, and continued use will be your acceptance of them.

Ending it

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used to mislead buyers.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Cloudelipute LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100.
